Qifengdu Fish Rice Noodles used to be Chenzhou people’s main food for breakfast in history. It is now a geographical and cultural coordinate of Chenzhou, as well as the cultural memory of Chenzhou people working outside.

 

Qifengdu Fish Rice Noodles making technique has three major steps, including preparing rice noodles, making fish soup and cooking rice noodles. 

 

In 2014, Qifengdu Fish Rice Noodles making technique was listed in the fourth batch of representative projects of intangible cultural heritage at city level. And it was listed in the fourth batch of representative projects of provincial intangible cultural heritage in 2016.
